Our management fee is $99/month for a single tool or $149/month for a multi-tool stack, with a $0 setup fee. The tool’s own subscription is billed separately and directly by the tool vendor — we show you that cost up front and transparently, and you always pay the vendor directly for it. You’re never charged a markup on the software itself.
Do I pay you before anything happens?
No. We start with a free kickoff call to confirm exactly what your setup involves and that we can deliver it. Only after we’ve both agreed on the plan do we send an invoice for the first month of management. You never pay us for a promise.
Who actually does the technical setup?
We act as your trusted project manager. For the deep technical configuration, we coordinate the tool vendor’s own onboarding and customer-success teams — the people who know that specific tool best. You get one point of contact (us) instead of chasing support tickets, and we make sure everything actually gets done.
Why not just set it up myself?
You absolutely can — and for some tools it’s genuinely easy. But most business owners are busy running their business, not learning a new platform.
